Registration 

• Membership is free.
• To sign up for the program, members must provide:  
  • Full Name  
  • Phone Number 
  • Email Address 

Acceptance

• By using or enrolling in the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Activity 

• The member's phone number will identify Loyalty Program account. Your phone number will not be used in any way except as the identifier for your loyalty rewards.  Members will not receive a membership card or membership number. 
• Thrift Dollars are awarded based on the net total of the purchase. Thrift Dollars are not awarded on taxes.  
• Thrift Dollars are collected according to the ratio of $50.00 spent = $1.00 Thrift Dollar.  
• Every purchase, no matter how large or small, collects the correct portion of Thrift Dollars.
• Accrued Thrift Dollars are not redeemable for cash.
• Thrift Dollars are not transferable.
• Purchases of a Gift Card will not earn Thrift Dollars. Instead, Thrift Dollars will be earned by the customer who is redeeming the gift card at the point of redemption.  

Redemption of Thrift Dollars 

• Thrift Dollars may not be redeemed by anyone other than the member.  
• When redeeming Thrift Dollars, members will confirm their identity for security purposes by stating their name, phone number and email connected to their account. 
• Thrift Dollars earned are available for members' next purchase and cannot be applied to their current purchase. 

Membership Cancellation 

• WorldServe Thrift Store reserves the right to terminate any Loyalty Program member's account and revoke any unredeemed Thrift Dollars for reasons that include, but are not limited to: 
  • Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions, 
  • Supplying false or misleading information, or misuse of this Loyalty Program, 
  • Violation of any law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges, 
  • Commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of this Loyalty Program, 
  • Physical, verbal, or written abuse of WorldServe Thrift Store properties or personnel, or action in any other way to the detriment of the store as determined by the WorldServe Thrift Store at its sole discretion. 

• Accounts that are inactive for 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant accounts and may be deleted without notice. 
• A member may cancel membership at any time by contacting the WorldServe Thrift Store, and their information will be removed. 

General Terms & Conditions 

• WorldServe Thrift Store reserves the right, from to time, to restrict, suspend or otherwise alter aspects of these Terms & Conditions with or without any prior notice to the members. 
• Thrift Dollars earned on a purchase that is subsequently returned will be deducted from the member’s account in an amount equal to the Thrift Dollars earned for the original transaction. 
• All unused Thrift Dollars will be void upon membership cancelation.
