Select items are displayed for online purchase. Simply add the items you want to the shopping cart, check-out and pay by credit card. All items are available for local pickup only at the store you purchased from.
All items are picked up at the address of the store you purchased from. Click 'Hours & Location' link for detailed information. We do not offer shipping.
We have recommended delivery partners in each location. So although our store does not deliver, we can suggest delivery partners for you to contact.
You will receive an email after purchasing with further instructions for our pickup hours, or to determine a mutually agreed time that works for you. We require items to be picked up within 48 hours of purchase.
Contact us! We need to hear from you and arrange to schedule. After 48 hours, without picking up or arranging an alternate time, items will be forfeited and put back for sale. Refunds cannot be issued either. We're here to serve you, and are eager to help. But if we don't hear from you there is only so much we can do!
All items must be paid for online. Print your confirmation email and bring it to the store to pickup your item. Or, you could show us the email on your phone too to verify.
All sales are final. In rare circumstances, generally if a product has been misrepresented in the description or picture, a limited refund may be given at the discretion of the Store Manager.

No, items are sold 'as is'. Please remember that most items are used and that’s how we can offer great low prices. We are very careful to accurately describe an item's condition, and our testing of it. We believe in full transparency when conducting our business activities.
No signature is required, but you will be required to present your confirmation email when picking up an item. The confirmation email will have your name, the product title, and the purchase transaction number we need to verify your purchase!
You can certainly arrange for someone else to pickup on your behalf. They will still need to present the confirmation email with your name, the product title, and the purchase transaction number so we can verify and safeguard your item.
Your online purchase is very safe. Generally, credit card information is safer online than at your local gas station, convenience store, or restaurant as we use a secure server for your order. Your personal and credit card information are encrypted, and we do not store any credit card numbers on our WorldServe Thrift Store website.
You will see a record of your transaction on the computer or phone screen when you complete your purchase. You will also receive an email record at the email address used during checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours, you should call your local store to make sure all is well.
