WorldServe Thrift is a genuine non-profit store.  Your support means we can do more than ever with our local partnerships in each of our Thrift communities.  Our partners include women's safe houses and shelters, refugee support, homelessness and foodbank initiatives, and a variety of outreach programs.

Our international work is part of transforming communities in some key areas.  We are significantly involved with orphanages and children's work, micro-business projects, church planting, Bible teaching, leadership training and humanitarian relief.

WorldServe Thrift partners with local organizations to make a difference in our community right here at home. That's how we're involved in serving locally.

We also make an impact globally by turning donated housewares into hope, revitalized furniture into food, pass-alongs into a helping hand. The net proceeds from our thrift store help support humanitarian and mission endeavors worldwide.

In January 2010, WorldServe Ministries Canada opened its first Thrift Store in White Rock, BC. Just three years later, in January 2013, our second store opened in Calgary, AB. From the beginning, we've set out to be different with stores you will find to be clean, tidy, filled with desirable merchandise and supported by helpful staff and friendly volunteers. It's our goal to make sure that, from the time our doors open until they close, your shopping experience will be a remarkably good one.

In the communities where we serve, we enjoy engaging in supportive ways with our neighbours and patrons. Why?  We value people. We value relationships. We value YOU.
