Ethiopia School Project
WorldServe partners are working hard, operating schools and offering quality education in a nurturing and loving learning environment.
These mission field schools have become a safe place for the kids – You see, children as young as eight end up working at the rock quarry or on farms if they are not in school. Some even leave their villages and head to the cities to find work. These are all dangerous workplace options for the kids. Your help is instrumental in keeping these kids safe (and out of child labour). Education is the proven first step out of systemic poverty for these families.
Our goal is to raise $15,000 to build, equip and partially staff a school! Interested people can participate in-store, by calling your local store, or by calling WorldServe main office for more information.
