You can place the bins anywhere on the property. We recommend you keep the following in mind when choosing bin placement:

1. When possible, visibility from a road is ideal
2. Evening/after-hour access is preferred
3. Not in a place that is awkward to drive to/creates obstacles for people in your parking lot.

By joining the Community Hub, you are a part of WorldServe's Donor network. As a result, you become an extension of the WordlServe Family. You are welcome to participate in the following:

• The WorldServe Newsletter
• Annual appreciation events
• Regular updates and messages from those who have benefited from your donations
• Our commitment to pray with and for you!

In addition, you are providing your community with excellent recycling opportunities to save space in landfills and offering a tangible way for people to get involved in serving those in need!

We have done our best to keep things as simple as possible. Please review our terms and conditions below!

Terms

• WorldServe – WorldServe Thrift Store
• Community Hub – the interested church, business, individual or organization that is allowing WorldServe to place a clothing donation bin on their property
• Clothing Donation Bin – is a 4x4x5 metal bin or bins used to collect clothing. Clothing Donation Bins will have some promotional and instructional stickers on the front and sides

Registration 

• Partnership does not require a contract unless the partner or WorldServe deem it necessary
• If registration takes place without a contract the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document will be used in place of the contract

Acceptance

• By using or enrolling in the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Activity 

• WorldServe Thrift Store is responsible for:

• • Placing bins on the Community Hubs property in the agreed upon location
  • Collecting all clothing that has been donated
  • Removing the Clothing Donation Bin if the agreement comes to an end

• The Community Hub is responsible for:

• • Designated a space for a Clothing Donation Bin to be placed
  • Notifying WorldServe if a mess occurs surrounding the Clothing Donation Bin
  • Notifying WorldServe if they no longer desire to be a Community Hub

• All items donated in the Clothing Donation Bin are the property of WorldServe Thrift Store once placed inside the bin. Any accidental donation inquires etc. should be directed to WorldServe Thrift Store as soon as possible

Cleaning & Maintenance

• WorldServe Thrift Store is responsible for the following:

• • Collecting donated items when the bins are full
  • Ensuring the bins are properly maintained on the property
  • Cleaning up any mess associated with clothing donations on the property
• The Community Hub is responsible for the following:
  • Notifying WorldServe of any messes that are caused by the clothing donation bin as soon as possible
  • Notifying WorldServe of any damage or required maintenance of the bins as soon as possible.

Cancellation 

• WorldServe Thrift Store & the Community Hub reserve the right to cancel the Community Hubship agreement at any time. In the event of terminating the agreement on either side the following procedure should take place:

• • Notification of the Partner that they desire to end the agreement in writing (email or letter)
  • The Community Hub is expected to grant WorldServe Access to Collect the Clothing Donation Bin within 2 Weeks of written cancelation notification.
  • WorldServe Thrift Store is expected to collect the Clothing Donation Bin and all associated donations within 2 weeks of written notification of cancelation.

General Terms & Conditions 

• WorldServe Thrift Store reserves the right, from to time, to restrict, suspend or otherwise alter aspects of these Terms & Conditions with or without any prior notice to the members.
